Catch them Young. Raising environmental awareness in our children from an early age helps them to take pride in their local community.
We are proud of our young people and their involvement in the campaign. We work with the Girl Guides, who look after the Alpine Garden on Bonnethill Road along with local residents, and helped clearing out the Carpet Bed, the 1st Pitlochry Boy Scouts who every year tidy up the Black Spout Woods, Primary 4 & Mrs Noble who work with us at the Irvine Memorial Hospital and Pitlochry Pre School Playgroup who are improving their garden with us.
Pitlochry High School is carrying out playground improvements and environmental enhancements to work towards Eco-school status. They have a Bronze Award currently.

Willie Whitton presented the Playgroup with "Teddy Bear" sunflowers, a special dwarf variety grown for the wee ones to plant in their garden. The playgroup have now won two awards for their garden.
